1. Who we are

Live Axis Technologies ("we", "us", "our") provides CCTV installation and management, fibre installation and maintenance, gate motor installation, electric fence installation, and network cable installation services, based in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided via WhatsApp, email, phone or our website quote builder are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after a site assessment where required, and may change if the scope of work changes on site (for example, unexpected cabling distances, wall types, or access issues).

3. Bookings and site visits

Installation dates are confirmed once a quote is accepted. We ask that someone over 18 is present, or has authorised access arranged, for the full duration of any site visit or installation.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms (deposit, balance on completion, or otherwise) will be confirmed in your specific quote or invoice. Ownership of supplied equipment remains with Live Axis Technologies until paid in full.

5. Warranties

Installation workmanship is covered by a warranty period as specified on your invoice. Hardware (cameras, recorders, motors, energizers, cabling, and related equipment) is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Damage caused by power surges, lightning, tampering, or unauthorised modification is not covered.

6. Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee where a technician has already been dispatched or scheduled.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care on every site, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or faults in wiring, hardware, or infrastructure that we did not install and were not made aware of beforehand.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
